Ms. Morton is a 25 year licensed Private Detective and Osha Certified-Compliance Officer and Human Trafficking Advocate and Recovery Agent. Who as an Investigator has conducted over 7,000 investigations and over 1,000 surveillances and has served as Lead investigator on over 50 Human trafficking recoveries domestically and internationally, recovering over 5,000 men, women and children. She is a dynamic sought after speaker lecturing in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Denver, Seattle, Toronto, London, Dubai, and Vancouver to name a few. She is President and owner of K.N.O.W. LLC Sports & Entertainment Group providing investigation, cyber security, executive protection, business due-diligence, business development, branding and marketing services to the NFL, NBA, A-list celebrities, dignitaries, corporations, and the entertainment community.

While at K.N.O.W. LLC, Ms. Morton worked five years as a senior agent and consultant for the entertainment division for Mid-America Capital, a multi-billion-dollar venture capital firm. During her tenure at Mid- America Capital, Ms. Morton raised over $250 million dollars in angel, private and equity funding for various domestic and international independent films.

Ms. Morton’s company was selected as an emerging female owned company by the Governor’s office of Georgia and is an Alumnus of the Governors Mentor Protégée Program an exclusive two (2) year business incubator and was nominated for Leadership Atlanta and was selected and completed Ted Turner’s Emerging Leaders Executive Program.

In addition, for 20 years Ms. Morton is co-executive producer in MMG, LLC, a TV & Film development production company working with hundreds of writers, directors, and producers packaging films for theatrical & digital release formats. She is currently Crime Expert Commentator for Jupiter Entertainments “Celebrity Crime Files”, “Fatal Attraction”, “Payback”, “For My Man” and “Sins of the City” on TV One. She is a ground-breaker as the first “Black Female Private Detective” to be featured in a new investigative TV series debuting in 2025 looking for Missing women around the country.

In October 2022, she received an award from NAWRB for her work in Human Trafficking Advocacy. In 2021, she was selected and featured in Success Sisters Magazine as one of the top 50 Entrepreneurs in the country and in 2020 she was selected and featured as one of the World’s Greatest Women and featured on their Podcast and TV show.

Ms. Morton attended Ohio State University as a Criminal Justice Major and Psychology Minor. For 20 plus years her unparalleled passion and proven skills in Investigations, Crisis and Risk Management and overall impeccable business acumen, is why she is proud to have served as an Investigative consultant to numerous City, State and National governmental agencies, risk management providers, insurance companies and executives. She is a member of The National Businesswomen Executives and Atlanta Women Business League and is an Advisory board member for Women In Film Action Fund and Advisory Board member of 1913 Media Group and Studio and an active member and mentor of the Big Sisters Program and serves as a lay counselor and is a member of Mount Paran Church of God and is a certified Life Coach/Life Strategist.

She is currently working with the officials in her county to open “The Morton Legacy Center” in 2025, a 42,000 sq foot Resource Ctr and Housing Facility for survivors of Human Trafficking. She splits her time between residences in Atlanta, Los Angeles and Dubai.

Willard “Chuck” Lewis

Chairman and CEO of Nova Street Capital and Former President and CEO of One Georgia Bank, was born in Lagrange, Georgia. After graduating from high school in 1979, he earned his B.A. degree in banking and finance at Morehouse College in 1983.
For twenty-two years Lewis served as senior executive vice president & COO from Citizens Trust Bank after working there and First Southern Bank (which merged with Citizens Trust in 1998) to found One Georgia Bank. On May 5, 2006, One Georgia opened in the 1180 Peachtree Building, one of Atlanta’s most prestigious and distinctive buildings.

Under Lewis’ leadership, the bank capitalized with $24.2 million and over 400 shareholders. It marked the first time that a newly chartered bank was formed with over $20 million in capital in Georgia’s history. The bank catered primarily to companies with $3 million to $50 million in revenue and featured the highest levels of technology found in any bank.
Lewis currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Council on Economic Education; Communities in Schools of Georgia; the Georgia Chamber of Commerce; The New Century Forum at the Commerce Club (co-founder & past president)

Warrick Dunn

Warrick Dunn , retired NFL great and President of Dunn Enterprises partnering with Habitat for Humanity has built over 200 homes for single mothers. Warrick the oldest of six to his single mother, Betty Smothers. Betty worked tirelessly as a police officer until January 7th, 1993, when she was ambushed and killed while escorting a businesswoman to make a night deposit. Warrick was only 18 years old. Thrust into the role of head of the household, Warrick used his mother’s life insurance to purchase a home for his younger siblings. In the midst of the tragedy, he would ultimately choose to fulfill his mother’s dream and play at Florida State University. Continuing to defy the odds, Warrick Dunn was drafted in the first round (12th pick overall) of the 1997 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 1997 he was named NFL

Rookie of the Year. Warrick would go on to play five seasons with the Buccaneers, six seasons with the Falcons, and then one final year with the Buccaneers. He retired from the NFL 14th all-time in all-purpose yards with 15,306 and 19th in rushing yards with 10,967. In December 2009, Dunn realized a long-time goal of expanding his knowledge and experience in the area of NFL team management, branding, and operations by being unanimously approved by NFL owners to become a limited partner of the Atlanta Falcons. The purchase of his minority ownership position in the club was completed in March 2010.

In addition to his impressive on-field accomplishments and resume, Warrick is perhaps best known for his involvement in philanthropy.  As a rookie for Tampa Bay, Warrick founded our Homes for the Holidays program to fulfill his mother’s dream of home ownership for single parent families. The program partners with local organizations to turn houses into homes for single parent families through home furnishings and down-payment assistance. Since its inception, Homes for the Holidays has furnished 169 homes, provided over $800,000 in down-payment assistance, and served over 457 single parents and children.

Tim Wilkerson is Vice President of the merchandising execution team for The Home Depot. He is responsible for leading a team of more than 23,000 associates to deliver in-store merchandising solutions that drive sales, enable speed and create value for our stores, suppliers and customers. He was most recently vice president of store operations.
Tim is active within numerous community development initiatives around Atlanta and was an early champion and supporter of the Morton Legacy Center.

George Dalton

George Dalton is an internationally recognized attorney and legal executive, and has served as board adviser and corporate secretary to public and private companies. With over 40 years’ experience, he started his career in private law firms in NYC before moving in-house with an international company, where he became General Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Dalton then became Chief Legal Counsel for a Dubai based company, where he was the first non-Emariti GC of any Dubai company and led its IPO.
